The Mission
I feel there is a strong need within the men's community to learn the difference between showing up in our relationships using our fists, defensive and reactive, or being more heart centered and authentic.
My Approach
My approach to bettering the human condition is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world And apply practical tools for functional relationships
